Spaulding for Children, Arizona's Children Association & Harmony, in collaboration with
adoption and pregnancy counseling agencies and health centers
is proud to have developed an evidence-based model curriculum,
Understanding Infant Adoption, and
a sustainable national delivery system, the Infant
Adoption Training Initiative. IATI is a training
designed for staff at public and private non-profit entities
that provide health and counseling services to pregnant women.

| Training is open to public and nonprofit private entities that provide health services to pregnant women. This includes: nurses, social workers, technicians, educators, physicians, etc., employed by: |
- Health centers that receive Title X Funding (relating to voluntary family planning projects)
- Health centers that receive grants under Section 330 of the Public Health Service Act (community health centers, migrant health centers, centers regarding homeless individuals and residents of public housing)
- Health centers that receive grants under the Children's Health Act of 2000 for the provision of services in schools
- A Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) Look-Alike Program or Public Health Department
